Our Distribution Training Programmes are designed to provide a basic understanding of distribution, through to knowledge of best practice principles for employees at all levels.
- These programmes can be delivered via workshops, distance learning or a combination of both.
- We offer mentoring and coaching support for your learners throughout the programme.

At the end of the Level 2 programme you will:
- Have an understanding of the basic principles of distribution and be able to complete everyday work tasks to a best practice standard
At the end of the Level 3 programme you will:
- Be knowledgeable about the operating functions of distribution, where you will be able to assist with the day to day operations of a distribution facility
At the end of the Level 4 programme you will:
- Learn how to effectively manage teams and supervise the operational aspect of a distribution environment
- Gain knowledge of the legislation requirements in distribution
