Ranging from our Premier Plan, where we directly employ and contract the apprentice back to you, to the Apprentice Accelerator Plan, offering mentoring and assessment visits. Whatever your business needs, Skills4Work have a plan to suit.

Premier Apprentice Plan:
We will help by:
- Fully managing and coordinating the apprenticeship
- Recruiting and employing the best apprentice for you
- Looking after wages, ACC, health and safety, HR and administration
- Providing regular support, mentoring, coaching and assessment

- Coaching and assessing the apprentice
- Skills4Work will visit the employer and apprentice up to 10 times per annum
